This 12 year old kid finally took off his Brett Favre jersey after 4 years. WTF! He wore the jersey every day for 4 years straight. Doesn't he have any adult supervision? I don't think I've ever loved any player that much to do that. Not even the great Darryl Strawberry.
P.S. Did you know that Brett's middle name is Lorenzo and that Darryl's is Eugene. Who would have thunk it!

This is really sad. I am wondering how many times he was made fun of and even BEAT UP in school. I know it would have happened at my grammer and high school.
I also saw this at the end of Sportscenter. The kid lives in Connecticut, not even Wisconsin, so he probably did get beat up by Patriot fans. His mother washed the shirt every other day - in the summertime that is gross. And the kid is going to the game in which the Packers will retire Favre's jersey. Not sure if they invited him or not, but that is cool!
Why would they invite him? I am getting sick and tired of KIDS getting praised for things that KIDS do.
I could be a little bias since I grew up in a city and no one ever gave us anything cool (like Met tickets) for just being fans, wearing shirts, etc like kids receive today.
But HONESTLY, the praise and prizes that people are giving other people for just being fans and stuff is getting ridiculous. Not sure if you guys agree or even know what I am going crazy about, but it is really getting utterly ridiculous.

this kid's parents are morons. they should be locked up for letting their kid wear the same thing for years. and how did this kid manage to not outgrow this thing over all those years?

sad thing is this kid will probably get a PR visit from farve and appear on the jimmy kimmell show. at least on the jimmy kimmell show he can make fun of him. i guess the next step is putting this thing in ebay.
so i am assuming he either never washed the jersey or took his showers in the jersey, either way he probably stunk so bad that homeless ppl think he stinks.
i am sure this kid got his butt kicked daily at school, but the odds are hes home schooled!
meanwhile while this loser kid makes headlines, tens-of-thousands of people in Burma are killed with many more starving without aid! you gotta love a-merica!
This kid has already received more PR than he deserves. Thank god he didn't have some disease where he didn't grow or else he would still have the dumb shirt on.
