Jason Bay isn't Willie Mays, but hopefully he'll do a good job for the Mets. Only time will tell. So right now the lineup isn't looking so bad as long as the injury bug doesn't hit again. But what about the rotation? There is still no legitimate #2 man and everyone has their problems. Can Ollie keep his head on straight, can Maine stay healthy, and will Pelfrey ever take the next step? Again, only time will tell.

I will miss Jason Bay as a RedSox. I enjoyed watching him.
First, I must go and get this jersey... I am actually happy, which doesn't happy much.
However, this dude did not want to come to the Mets, a common thing that us fans deal with. But, glad to have him. Hopefully the huge field does not intimidate him.
BTW, I would rather have Holliday for less than $20m a year.
I'd rather have Holliday too but now we got Bay - I just hope he produces.
